The Encore – Full Event Design and Management – Ideal for the client who loves Pinterest, but needs to narrow down their selections and get their event going in the right direction. This package is designed for the client that needs assistance designing the event as well as executing all of the minute details. The Encore includes The Applause , The Standing Ovation,2 plus the following:
- Initial consultation to review details, and provide advice
- Week of the event meeting to review vendor information
- Rehearsal Dinner
- Onsite coordination.
The Standing Ovation - Event Management – This package is ideal for the client that already has an idea of what they want and how they want it, but need some assistance executing their vision. The Standing Ovation includes everything from “The Applause” level plus the following:
- Prior to the event
- Act as a Liaison for all vendors, confirm services provided and manage arrival times and contact information for the day of.
- Coordinate all details with the venue for vendor arrival and setups.
- Prepare a floor plan for the client
- Arrange for any items from the client to be delivered to the venue.
- Prepare the timeline based on the client, catering and entertainment needs.
- Includes 3 additional meetings with client or vendors prior to the event
- Unlimited emails and phone calls
- Day of the Event
- Two staff members from Encore Event Designs on site from start to finish.
- Ensure proper placement of vendor deliveries.
- Confirm décor is correct based on client information. Décor includes place cards, floor plans, table numbers, backdrops etc.
- Coordinate with caterer, entertainment, and venue to make sure the time line is met.

- Assistance selecting vendors such as caterers, entertainment, invitations, décor etc.
- Review and assist with vendor contracts as needed
- Day of the event
- Manage final vendor payment and “service tips” on behalf of the client
